For third-party marketers and placement agents
Six questions about the shape of a mandate, then two or three that follow from how you answered. You get a route, set out market by market, and what to check next. About four minutes.
About four minutes. No cost. Your route appears on screen before we ask you for anything.
We never ask what the fund is.
No fund name, no manager name, no amount. Nothing you type here identifies a mandate or is useful to a competitor.
You keep the relationship.
Dorhyan sits underneath the marketer. We have no route to your client except through you.
It tells you what to check, not what you may do.
Where a market needs a filing or a permission, we say what it takes and who confirms it.
The route, and why not the other four.
Five routes exist for a mandate like this one: close already, a hosted structure and a passport, a country by country filing, a structuring question that comes first, or one Dorhyan would not take on. The screen names which, and the answers that decided it.
Market by market reach.
Each market you select gets its own line: the mechanism it is reached by on this route, and what to check for that market specifically. Switzerland sits outside the EU passport and Norway is EEA rather than EU, so neither inherits the EU answer.
The sequence, and what your timing allows.
What runs in what order across the four steps, roughly how long each takes, and an honest read of the date you are working to against how long the route really takes.
Nothing here states a permission. Every line says what to check or what it would take, because a sentence about what you may do would be regulatory advice and it would sit on Dorhyan's licence. Your own counsel confirms; this tells you what to put in front of them.
Six questions, then two or three that depend on how you answered. No fund name, no manager name, no amount.
